The story behind the blade

The Templar Knights Dagger in its sharpened edition is the companion blade to the Templar long sword. It features a short double-edged sharpened blade, a Templar cross crossguard, a disc pommel engraved with the seal of the Order, and a leather scabbard embossed in relief with the Templar cross.

A premium sharpened edition for the most rigorous collectors of Templar arms. This Templar dagger is prized by cosplayers of Knights of the Temple (Hugues de Payens, Bernard de Clairvaux, Jacques de Molay), by re-enactors of the Crusades in Outremer, and by decorators of sacred chivalry-themed rooms. An essential piece for a complete Templar collection and the ideal companion to the corresponding long sword.

This piece is intended for collection, display, and decoration. It is not designed for functional use (combat, cutting, sparring, or martial training).

Sword US — Curated medieval arms for collectors and enthusiasts. All blades are replicas intended for display and collection only.

Frequently asked questions

How to care for your blade
After every use, wipe the blade with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints. Carbon steel reacts to humidity and the natural acids on your skin: a light coat of mineral oil (Ballistol or camellia oil) applied once or twice a month protects against corrosion for the long term. For extended storage, keep the sword outside its scabbard, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If a rust spot appears, gently buff it with a very fine stone and oil it immediately. A well-cared-for blade lasts through generations.
Is this sword sharpened?
Our carbon steel blades (1045, 1060, T10, Damascus) all ship sharpened by our partner smiths. Stainless steel blades (420, 440), made for collection and display, are not sharpened.
What are the shipping times?
Ships within 7 business days for in-stock items. If the item is on preorder, the expected date is shown at the top of the page.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Is it legal to own a sword?
Yes — owning a sword in your home is perfectly legal in the United States, whether for collection, decoration, historical reenactment, or sport practice (HEMA). Carrying it in public is restricted by state and local laws: a sword is considered a bladed weapon, and transporting it outside your home without a legitimate reason (event, training, transport to a club) may be subject to local regulations. Our pieces ship in a scabbard and protective packaging suitable for initial transport from our warehouse to your home.
Is payment secure?
Yes, completely. Our store is protected by an SSL certificate (https://) that encrypts all communications between your browser and our site. Payments are processed directly by Stripe and PayPal — we never have access to your card details (card number, CVV, expiration date). Your information is shared only between you and the payment processor, never through our servers.

Free returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Full refund, no questions asked, as soon as the piece reaches us in its original packaging. Return shipping is on us for any defect found, and a flat fee for a simple change of mind. Our goal: that you fall completely in love with your blade.

Hello Benjamin, I just received my sword, honestly, magnificent — I'm at a loss for words — and the service (shipping and delivery date) was perfect from A to Z. Next up will be the dagger and the Christus Vincit sword. One for Christmas and the other after. Well done for your professionalism. Thank you. Cailleaux Rudy
