Snow on Fuji:
the blade rests
in March’s shadow.
The Mount Fuji is a declaration of respect toward Japan’s sacred mountain. The entire aesthetic is built around the volcano’s eternal snow: a pearl scabbard with silver veining that mimics frost-covered lava rock, a handle wrapped in white ito over light samegawa, and a silver-alloy tsuba engraved with freshly opened cherry blossoms. Brass habaki provides the sole warm accent.
Hand-forged blade, balanced and sharpened. Traditional uchigatana dimensions: 73 cm nagasa, 104 cm overall, approximately 1 kg. An evocative piece for those seeking a display katana with a zen sensibility — suited to a study, iaidō dojo, tea room, or meditative alcove. A quiet tribute to Fujisan.

Time-honored craft. Masterful gesture. A one-of-a-kind, hand-forged piece built to last.
The blade takes shape beneath the hammer. Each layer of steel is folded and re-welded under heat to create a core that is both strong and flexible.
The steel is brought to high temperature, then quenched rapidly: this fast cooling hardens the edge and reveals the hamon, the wavy line that runs along the blade.
The smith hand-polishes the blade with natural stones of increasing grit, revealing its luster, its edge, and the soul of the steel.
Each blade is crafted by master artisans according to traditional forging techniques.
