Inosuke grew up on Mount Kumotori, raised by a family of wild boars after his mother threw him off a cliff to save him from a demon. He cannot read, sleeps wearing a boar-skull mask, and eats raw meat. When he joins the Demon Slayer Corps, he refuses standard “smooth” Nichirin blades and sharpens his own against the rocks.
The result is the most recognizable signature in all of Demon Slayer: dual blades (Inosuke wields two) with a serrated edge, jagged and irregular like a broken portcullis. “Rough” cuts that tear rather than slice, perfectly suited to his Beast Breathing style.
This replica faithfully reproduces the characteristic irregular serrations, achieved during the forging process. Ivory-white scabbard, understated fittings. 1060 carbon steel (56–58 HRC). An immediately recognizable piece with strong visual impact.

Time-honored craft. Masterful gesture. A one-of-a-kind, hand-forged piece built to last.
The blade takes shape beneath the hammer. Each layer of steel is folded and re-welded under heat to create a core that is both strong and flexible.
The steel is brought to high temperature, then quenched rapidly: this fast cooling hardens the edge and reveals the hamon, the wavy line that runs along the blade.
The smith hand-polishes the blade with natural stones of increasing grit, revealing its luster, its edge, and the soul of the steel.
Each blade is crafted by master artisans according to traditional forging techniques.
